IND Registration

This option allows you to complete coursework by studying the material without classroom attendance. The same learning must be demonstrated as that achieved by students who attend a regular class. Alternative arrangements for exams and other requirements are possible with faculty approval.

While some students consider IND registration because of scheduling difficulties, many choose it because they want to study independently, be on their own schedule, and because they can focus on (with instructor approval) particular aspects of a course.

Registration and credit and completion of the Student/faculty contract are the same for all individualized registration options. See an advisor in CCLC for assistance.
