What can I do with a major in...
Journalism?

You can do a lot with this major! Journalism majors go on to successful careers in television, advertising, media, business, academics, advocacy, politics, government, publishing, the arts, research, and much more.

The School of Journalism & Mass Communication has 3 "major tracks." The 3 tracks are Professional Journalism, Professional Strategic Communication, and Mass Communication. To learn more about them, see the Degree Programs page on the School's Web site.
