What skills from your degree are you using in your current work?
I utilize various aspects of my Economics degree on a daily basis. These include strategic pricing theories, diminishing marginal returns, international trade theory, and statistical analysis. An Economics degree sets the foundation to understand the global markets we compete in.

What advice do you have for current liberal arts students?

My advice for current liberal arts students is to seek out companies/internships that offer growth opportunities. To be competitive, you need analytical, management, and leadership skills. Find opportunities that allow you to impact the business from the very first day, sharpen your analytical skills, and develop you as a leader. Finding the perfect job is an investment in yourself; make sure you are always growing and gaining skills.
