Brief description of your job:

Serve as a strategic advisor utilizing organizational design methodologies and tools. Works closely with organizational leadership in the design and implementation of programs and systems that will best optimize our people, strategy, structure, processes and culture. Organizational management responsibilities include day-to-day management of strategy, functional planning, initiatives, policies/procedures/programs, as well as budgeting. Includes managing departmental staff. Designs functional programs to improve organizational effectiveness and adaptability, employee development, employee satisfaction & retention, and employee productivity, as well as manage legal and financial risk. Provide extensive consulting to sr. executive management, including President & CEO, and lead initiatives and programs of the highest levels of complexity and impact.
