French Teacher, Providence Academy

Name: Gail Woodbury

Major: French

Current Job Title: French Teacher

Organization: Providence Academy

Brief description of your job:

I teach French at Providence Academy, a private Catholic school in Plymouth, Minnesota. The languages offered at Providence are Latin, French and Spanish. Spanish is taught Kindergarten through 2nd grade, French is taught 3rd through 5th grade, Latin 6th and 7th grade. Students get to pick which language they would like to continue their studies in once they are in the 8th grade. It has been a wonderful experience to have taught students in the elementary school, and then have them as students again in the middle and high school. I never get bored with my job!

Other job titles you have held:

Assistant Personelle Director at Saks Fifth Avenue, Minneapolis
