What advice do you have for current students? A 4 year degree is a license to look for your first job. With the exception of situations where an advanced degree is required, all Liberal Arts degrees are more or less equal in how they are viewed by prospective employers (i.e. "Our company requires a degree and you have a degree".) Your degree and what it is soon becomes less and less consequential while your experience the types of industries, the positions you work in and your track record of success increasingly become the main considerations of prospective employers.
