Business Manager, Chemstock, Inc.

Rolly Enderes

Major(s): Chemistry

Current Job Title: Business Manager

Organization: Chemstock, Inc.

Brief description of you job:

I started a business in chemical sales about 2 yrs ago. I manage and run the business by myself doing everything from the selling and purchasing to the accounting.

How have you found these positions?

Networking

What skills from your degree do you use in your current job?

I have a better understanding of some of the uses of the chemicals and possible processes as well.

What advice do you have for current students?

Be creative in your job search. If you have always dreamed of starting your own business give it a try now. Most of you are still very young and would be in a better position to try and fail at a business now then later on in life. But who knows, things may work and your business may become more successfully than you imagined.
