Minor(s): None
Current Job Title: High School Art Teacher
Organization: Mount Carmel High School, Saipan, MP

Brief description of your job:
I teach Art 1, Art 2, 3D Art and study skills to high school students on a beautiful tropical island in the pacific ocean.

Other job titles you have held:
Assistant Booking Agent Meredith Model and Talent, Minneapolis, MN

How have you found these positions?
I found my current Job online at k-12jobs.com

What skills from your degree do you use in your current work?
Well as an Art Major I learned a lot in regards to art and the creative process which I use every day. I didn't major in education but I feel that my background in Liberal Arts prepared me to roll with the punches. I am so pleased with my current career.

What advice do you have for current students?
Do what ever you want!! Don't rule out a major because people tell you that it won't get you a job. Experience is everything, get out there try things to decide what you want. Write your resume. Write it now. Update it often and have other people look at it before you even think about sending it to a potential employer.
